Adversity and emotional quotients of public elementary school heads amidst the COVID-19

This study aimed to identify the relationship of adversity quotient and emotional amongst public elementary school heads. The employed a descriptive-correlation research design with online survey as primary data collection tool. respondents came from 25 schools in Schools Division Office Central Luzon. heads participated using universal sampling technique. Adapted questionnaires were used gather data. For statistical treatment study, mean was for responses heads; relationship, Pearson-r. paper concluded that heads’ Adversity Quotient (AQ) score falls within “above average,” which indicates above normal capacity challenges, difficulties, setbacks, demands. In terms quotient, all factors involved intelligence like self-awareness, managing emotions, motivating oneself, empathy, social skill “apply” addition, there exists significant between Based on aforementioned results, researcher provided some important recommendations study.
